The Vue at TCU

FORT WORTH, TX 

Now branded as University House, this project is a 56-unit, 116-bedroom, mixed-use student housing project adjacent to the Texas Christian University campus. This five-story luxury community consists of two levels of structured parking garage and retail space, with three levels of units above. The original scheme was redesigned to eliminate a substantial amount of below-grade parking and remove an entire floor of wood structure above while increasing the unit density and saving millions of dollars in construction costs. Corsair's predecessor company served as design-builder for the project.
