The Vue at TCU

FORT WORTH, TEXAS 

Now branded as University House, this project is a 56-unit, 116-bedroom, mixed-use student housing project adjacent to the Texas Christian University campus. This five-story luxury community features two levels of a structured parking garage and retail space, with three levels of units above. The original scheme was redesigned to eliminate a substantial amount of below-grade parking and remove an entire floor of wood structure above, while increasing the unit density and saving millions of dollars in construction costs. Corsair's predecessor company served as the design-builder for the project.
