LoftVue contains 77 units and is home to 147 students. The property is located one block from the Texas Christian University campus. This three-story luxury student housing community consists of one to five-bedroom configurations. It includes an elevated H2O deck complete with cabanas, a second outdoor living room featuring an entertainment area and kitchen, a modern fitness center, clubhouse, study room, fully furnished units equipped with a 50-inch flat screen television for each common area, and the modern convenience of loft living. Corsair's predecessor company served as design-builder for the project.
